Warranty:
Sun Tzu Corp provides a warranty on all of our products against defect in materials and workmanship; subject only to the payment of shipping back to our plant by the customer. Please return any defective product to us and replacement or refund will be provided. Please understand, however, that any damage or delay which occurs during or as a result of shipping is the responsibility of the carrier. If damage or delay occurs during shipping, Sun Tzu Corp will provide reasonable assistance in processing a claim against the carrier but will not be responsible for any such damage or delay. Upon receipt of your purchase, please inspect the item or items in full detail to make certain the product is in satisfactory condition. Damage occurring during transit should be noted on the bill of lading and immediately reported to the carrier.
